“We purchased this television new in 2015 and recently upgraded to a new set. The television comes with an almost-new remote control that I purchased last month to replace the broken one that came with the television. The television is in perfect working order except that sometimes there is an issue where the remote control cannot change the volume. When that happens, you simply have to go to the settings menu, choose audio, then reset the audio, which immediately solves the problem. Otherwise, there are no hardware and no other software issues. This is an older television, so you will need to use Apple TV or similar product to access newer streaming services. Some, like Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, do work pre-installed on the TV. I used mine with an Apple TV to access Apple+, Paramount+, HBOMax, and Peacock. Again, please remember that this set was manufactured in 2015.”
